About The Event
The HKU Music Festival is the first cultural event hosted by the University of Hong Kong that promotes creativity in music and art. The Festival will take place annually in January, with a preference for outdoors within the HKU campus.
Not only will students be invited to perform their works, but there will also be open competition with cash awards. Selected HKU students, as individuals or in teams, will perform their works in the Festival.
The HKU Music Festival aims to uncover and nurture the natural talent of young musicians, providing a platform for creative and artistic expression, fostering HKU student engagement, responsibility, collaboration, and aspiring to become a well-attended annual event in Hong Kong for enthusiasts of performing arts.
